Perpetual Plaques: Recognition That Grows Every Year

One plaque, many winners

A perpetual plaque is one award that keeps growing: a single board in the lobby or clubhouse with a new name added every year. Over time it becomes the history of the award, and every new winner joins the people who came before them.

How it works

The main board carries your program name and logo at the top. Below it sit rows of small plates, one per year. We engrave the plates you need now and leave the rest blank, so next year’s winner is a single small plate rather than a new plaque.

Who uses them

Sports clubs use perpetual plaques for champions and MVPs, schools for valedictorians and teacher of the year, and companies for salesperson or employee of the year. Anywhere an award repeats annually, a perpetual plaque keeps it visible.

Plan the rows up front

Decide how many years the board should cover before you order. We lay out the rows on your mockup so you can see exactly how many plates fit, and we keep your engraving details on file to match future plates.

Start with your program name

Send your program name, logo and past winners and we will mock up the board — free within 24 hours, minimum order 12 plaques, production in about 2 weeks.
