A perpetual plaque is one award that keeps growing: a large main board with your program name at the top and rows of small plates underneath, one for each year’s winner. It hangs in the lobby, clubhouse or hallway and becomes the history of the award.

We engrave the plates you need now and leave the rest blank, so adding next year’s name is a single small plate rather than a new plaque. Order the extra plates any time and we match the original engraving.

Questions about custom perpetual plaques

How do we add names in future years?
Order a single engraved plate and we match the font and layout of the originals. It mounts in the next open space.
How many plates does a perpetual plaque hold?
That depends on the board you choose. We lay out the rows on your mockup so you can see how many years it covers.
What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 plaques, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping), starting once you approve your free mockup.
